In the 14th century, Bogor was known as "Buitenzorg," which means "without worry" in Dutch. This name was given when the city was made a resting place by the Dutch colonial government in the 18th century. Bogor then became the center of administration and military for the Dutch, and it is here that they established the Bogor Botanical Gardens in 1817, which is one of the oldest botanical gardens in Southeast Asia.

After independence, Bogor continued to develop in terms of infrastructure and population. In recent decades, the city has become a tourist destination, boasting abundant natural beauty, history, and cultural heritage. The Bogor Botanical Gardens, Bogor Palace, and various nature reserves make the city an attractive destination for both domestic and international tourists.

Bogor City is also known for its strong Sundanese culture, featuring various traditions, cuisine, and arts that thrive within it. Today, Bogor continues to transform into a modern city while still preserving its valuable historical and natural heritage.

BOGOR CITYTRAIL 2025

Bogor City-Trail – BCT (2025) is an annual running sports event held to celebrate the 543rd Anniversary of Bogor (HJB ke-543), featuring a concept that combines road running and trail running. The route traverses the main roads of Bogor Nirwana Residence, heading towards Bukit Wangun, Kampung Wisata Bukit Pupay, and then to the Organic Agro Education Tourism site, which includes the terraced rice fields of Mulyaharja. The distances for BCT25 are 10KM and 15KM, with the route characterized by hills, stretches of grassland, river crossings, rice fields, and other beautiful natural scenery that are perfect for stunning photographs.

The start and finish locations for the event are at Jungle Waterpark, BNR. There are two age categories for this event: Master (ages 40 and above) and Open (ages 18–39). Each category is further divided by gender, for both males and females. After completing the route, participants will enter the water attractions at Jungle Waterpark to relax and rejuvenate with the various rides available, especially the Jungle Wave, which features artificial ocean waves that make you feel like you're at the beach.

Event ini terbuka untuk umum.

Seluruh peserta. Apabila ada peserta WNA maka wajib menunjukan KITAS. 

Cut of Time untuk 10K adalah 3 Jam

Cut of Time untuk 15K adalah 4 Jam

 1. Pemenang di tentukan berdasarkan waktu tercepat sesuai dengan kedatangan di garis finish yang divalidasi menggunakan timing system dan data pendukung lainnya.

2. Terkualifikasi dengan benar secara sah secara data kepersertaan dan sesuai nomor BIB

Tentu. Akan ada ambulance dan tim medis di race village dan di rute.

Waktu pengambilan RPC adalah H-2 dan H-1 di jam 10.00 – 17.00. Tidak akan ada pengambilan RPC di hari H.

Adapun untuk lokasi pengambilan RPC akan diinformasikan lebih lanjut melalui Email, WAG peserta dan Instagram event.

Pengambilan RPC dapat diwakilkan, dengan menyertakan surat kuasa yang dapat diunduh pada website event serta softcopy/screenshot email kepesertaan.

AEWO (agro edutourism organic) Mulyaharja, cleaning the expanse of rice fields like "ubud-nya" Bogor City.

The Jungle Water Park is a water park with an area of ​​3.8 hectares that has been established since 2008. This tourist attraction is located at Bogor Nirwana Residence, Bogor, exactly 15 minutes from the Bogor toll gate exit. The Jungle Water Park has 12 exciting and challenging rides as well as a 4D cinema ride that visitors can enjoy. Even Jungle Waterpark is IAAPA certified. So these rides are very safe as a means of play for all family members of all ages. The clarity of the water that comes from the Mount Salak spring and the fresh air make it comfortable for us to swim because the position of The Jungle Waterpark Bogor is near Mount Salak and the many trees that grow make the air cooler.
